How to wear a romper in the fall

It’s hard to believe that summer is coming to an end, but you don’t have to give up your rompers just yet. So how to wear a romper in the fall? A daisy print romper and a pair of black booties can be worn right now for a sexy night out look. But with a cool leather jacket and a pair of sheer tights, you can wear a romper in fall months. I love the look of a pair of sleek, black booties and bare legs. However, a pair of patterned sheer tights really can elevate this look. I’m wearing a daisy print romper from ASOS, purple Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses, a red mini Emile tote by Alexander Wang and a pair of LAMB booties c/o DSW Canada.

Work wear Wednesday: navy scalloped dress

I find it difficult at times to dress for work when you have life events or parties on the same day. But I think I found the right balance with a cute navy scalloped dress that worked for the office and my sister's convocation. To keep things work-appropriate, I wore the dress earlier in the day with black suede flats. The scalloped dress has a shorter hemline with my height, and I needed to be comfortable as I was researching in a library, so I stuck with flats in this case. I swapped those out for a pair of iridescent holo (any holosexuals out there!? I'm addicted to Cristine's nail videos!) pumps to amp up my look into semi-formal attire for my sister's convocation. I'm wearing a navy scalloped dress from Winners (similar scalloped dress here), iridescent pumps from Vince Camuto, and a medium Harmony tote from Kate Spade. I'm always looking for a pair of quality, comfortable and stylish shoes for summer, and these La Canadienne sandals are the perfect choice for summer. With their laser cut detailing and smooth suede leather, these khaki sandals are perfect for both the office or a night out. I've worn La Canadienne boots before (they were my favourite last fall), and have also fallen in love with their summer offerings. I paired the Raimonda sandal with my favourite khaki jeans from Zara - the same jeans Kate Middleton wore in India and a floral blazer for a casual, office-appropriate summer look.
