Everyone has an LBD, but this one is my new favourite. It can be layered under a blazer, or dressed up and worn alone like I did with glam accessories. I also love adding a touch of colour like with my turquoise clutch… and the pearl detail just makes it even more glam. Is there a more stylish combo than an LBD with pearls?

For fun, I mixed a classic LBD with sexier tights and shoes. I love these garter tights from Urban Planet. They are comfortable, sheer and surprisingly warm. I added an extra kick with these spiked stilettos as well. I like the clash between the classic, conservative neckline with the more sensual legwear… I guess it’s about balance sometimes.
I love punching up a greyscale look with a bit of colour. This turquoise box clutch adds a little personality (and hint of spring) into the look. I also piled on bracelets from Forever 21 and my new Pandora silver bracelet… proving that you can mix metals and materials.
The attached pearl collar is a stunning touch and adds instant class to a simple black dress. I love how it’s an instant statement necklace!
