Peachy tones and shades of lavender are trendy for spring, but I’m still holding onto wintry black. This early spring look is inspired by dark florals. From my casual Zara baseball tee to a burgundy hat with matching dark pout, this black outfit might have me miss winter a couple months from now.
I’m wearing a Zara floral baseball tee (similar here), Rich & Skinny black jeans, 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target mini Pashli satchel, a burgundy wool hat, Fossil Georgia watch, and red suede booties.
My mini pashli satchel is a great everyday bag for winter or spring. I accessorized with my favourite gold rings to match the hardware. For this look, I wanted the hat, red booties and floral shirt to be the focus of the outfit, so that is why I went with a neutral black bag.
While shooting, a wind picked up and I ended up chasing my hat down the street! Not so easy in four-inch heels and winter potholes everywhere!
