Pink coat + jeweled skirt + Trend Spin Link-Up

A pastel pink coat and jeweled skirt is my perfect Holiday outfit this year. A pink coat will be your #1 investment, while a sparkly beaded skirt will elevate your wardrobe to glittery status.

Jeweled Skirt for the Holidays

A pretty jeweled skirt makes an excellent party piece. You can wear it with a formal blouse, like I’ve done here for work parties. Or you can wear a jeweled skirt with a cozy oversized sweater for a casual event. I personally love wearing a jeweled mini skirt with a silk cami with lace trim for an on-trend, sexy look.

This bedazzled skirt is from H&M. I love how it has neoprene fabric, accented with sequins and faux gemstones. The ornate pattern and colours go with a lot of pieces in my closet too. I also like how the thicker neoprene fabric is warm and doesn’t show lines where your shirt is tucked in. This piece is definitely difficult to clean, so I’d suggest airing it out, skipping the wash or going to a pro dry-cleaner.

Pink coats for winter

As we transition into the next season, a pink coat for winter is a must! This alpaca coat with ribbed sleeves is from Canadian designer, Sentaler. I’ve worn this coat here as well. I love the wrap design, which is elegant both open and closed. It’s also a very forgiving style and allows you to layer up underneath.

A gorgeous pink wool coat adds instant wow factor to an outfit. At fashion week, I wore a faux fur pink coat at New York Fashion Week, and got snapped by dozens of people! It commands attention and is so flirty and feminine. A pink coat for winter is also a lot less high maintenance than winter white!

Trend Spin Link-Up: Boots

Boots are always a trend, and I’m loving how this year, there are so many options. From chic suede over the knee boots to cool sock booties, I love them all. I love how my Zara suede (almost) over the knee boots compliment this outfit. The black suede is a great neutral piece, while also providing warmth for my bare legs! If you hate wearing tights like me, a great pair of over the knee boots (these are my favourites) will save your life in Canada.
