This is what I wore today to my boyfriend’s graduation. My dress is from Forever 21, as well as my jewellery. The clutch is vintage. I love the elegant tiered ruffles that pick up the lightest summer breeze. The seafoam colour is beautiful, and goes great with any accessory.
I chose to accessorize with gold jewellery that echoes the 20s era flapper style of this dress.
