How to wear a romper in the fall

It’s hard to believe that summer is coming to an end, but you don’t have to give up your rompers just yet. So how to wear a romper in the fall?  A daisy print romper and a pair of black booties can be worn right now for a sexy night out look. But with a cool leather jacket and a pair of sheer tights, you can wear a romper in fall months. I love the look of a pair of sleek, black booties and bare legs. However, a pair of patterned sheer tights really can elevate this look.

How to wear a romper in the fall: add a leather jacket

While my tights are still in storage, I wanted to share how to wear a romper in the fall easily. My leather bomber keeps the look consistent but offers a wind-proof barrier. I’d also pair this transitional piece with a denim jacket or an on-trend black bomber jacket. I think what makes this romper ready for fall is that the print is darker. The black and white is a classic year-round and is easy to pair with colourful accessories to suit your mood.

As for my LAMB booties, I’m in love with their architectural shape. I really like the way the heel juts out and the croc silver leather detail at the back adds some interest. They also offer a lot of height, but are still comfortable. They look amazing with a pair of ripped skinny jeans, or even a formal dress, so they’re definitely a great investment boot.

I love how this outfit has a rocker glam edge, but the daisy print on the romper breaks it up, and adds a feminine touch. I also injected some colour into the look with my mirrored sunglasses and my favourite bright red bag (also worn here with a blazer and here with a dress).
