Lately, I’ve been obsessed with anything holographic. It’s probably thanks to Cristine of Simplynailogical (who I even met in person at my favourite Ottawa restaurant!) but this rainbow fabric has been appearing everywhere, from handbags to nailpolish to sneakers. These Vans Holo sneakers, which I’ve worn before here, are easily my favourite! A pair of holo sneakers with a minimal white romper is a chic combo for a day exploring in Mexico.
I wore a pair of Vans holo sneakers c/o Union Jack Boots, a white romper from Zara (similar white romper here), and mirrored sunglasses c/o Polette Eyewear (similar Marc Jacobs sunglasses here).
These Vans Matte Iridescent sneakers are some of my favourites. The leather is so comfortable and I adore the holographic effect of the leather. I’ll be bringing them along for a trip to California and Disneyland soon! Holo sneakers can sometimes be too much, but this classic shape is very versatile. I’ve worn them with a pair of jeans, but they also look really cute with a dress or romper like I’ve worn here!
I can’t wait to get back to bare legs and sneakers. Until then, I’ll be bundled up and waiting for the snow to melt!
