Over the past few years, festival style has gone mainstream and you can argue that fashion has stolen the focus from the music at festivals. From Instagram to fashion magazines, everyone is sharing their festival street style pics and so I put together this Coachella inspired outfit featuring a fringe jacket from Hudson’s Bay’s Design Lab. PS. I will be co-hosting an event with Design Lab on May 9th at Hudson’s Bay Yorkdale and I would love it if you could make it out! RSVP on Facebook or check out more details below:
I accessorized with a turquoise ring from Mexico and my favourite St. Andrews Lady watch c/o Daniel Wellington.

I love pairing textures with fun prints. This fringe jacket is the perfect layering piece and I love the bohemian feel of a floral printed dress or maxi skirt. I previously wore the fringe jacket with a printed jumpsuit and I can’t wait to pair the festival fringe with more summery printed pieces. I can’t wait for romper weather!
This Coachella inspired outfit isn’t just for hitting festival, with a pair of flat booties or even Keds sneakers, I think it’s the perfect outfit for shopping or exploring the city.
If you’re in Toronto on May 9th, be sure to stop by the Hudson’s Bay x Design Lab event at Yorkdale! There will be a hair braid bar, makeup artist and a chance to win a $1500 gift card… I’ll be there and hope you can stop by to say hello and shop the Design Lab collection with me.
