On Monday, I graduated from Ryerson University’s Journalism School! It’s been a long journey, but the four years flew by, and I’m sort of sad to say goodbye to the halls of the RCC and Gary.
It rained, it poured, but I still graduated. The wet weather put a damper on the ceremony (and photo opps afterwards), but I managed to snap a few with my family.
I was surprised how my outfit matched my little dog, here I am with fellow fashion blogger, Sabina.
I wore a pink gingham dress, featuring a high neckline and see-through fabric by Breeyn McCarney from her Another Word for Pink Line. I wanted to wear something feminine and timeless (ahem no high low skirts for me), but I loved the modern fabric as well.
I accessorized with a vintage purse, jewelled cuff and my baby pink Prada pumps. They weren’t the best choice for the rain, but I stuck it out!
For dinner, we went to Oliver & Bonacini in Bayview Village… I fell in love with the pink poodle topiaries!
It feels overwhelming to be done, yet exciting at the same time. For once in my life… September won’t be about going to school.
Congratulations!! Actually, may I ask, what are you going to do next year then? Keep blogging? ;D

Hi Anna… that’s a big scary unknown! I will always blog, but if I can’t find a job soon in my industry, I’m considering law or teacher’s college, but I’m hoping I can find a place in broadcasting soon.
Okay, good luck in finding a job then! 🙂
