As I write this, theres an inch or so of fluffy white snow on the ground in Toronto. It’s hard to believe that only three weeks ago, my sister and I were strolling through Central Park in the early autumn sunshine.
I’m wearing a Cherie striped sweater from Forever 21, jacquard midi skirt by Vero Moda at the Bay, Emma sunglasses from Urban Outfitters, Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAC bag and slip-on sneakers c/o Keds.

The leaves were just starting to change and the weather was so beautiful we could forget about coats and tights. A visit to Strawberry Fields is a must, and I loved listening to a guitarist strum a Beatles tune. So many weddings were happening as well in and near Central Park, which is the perfect romantic setting! It was almost like a wedding parade with dozens of brides and their grooms strolling through the park in white, save for one badass bride in a gothic black and red tulle get up.
My Keds slip-on sneakers were comfy for exploring the park and indulging in some shopping on Fifth Avenue and Herald Square. I love how they have a raised platform and are very cushy. I can’t wait to wear them again when I go down south with a pair of denim shorts or a romper!
We also stopped by the fountain outside the Plaza hotel to take some pictures. I just finished reading a book about Zelda Fitzgerald, so it was the perfect iconic landmark to visit!
Fall in Central Park is a magical place to visit, and I would have loved to spend all afternoon picnicking and enjoying a rest in the city that never sleeps. Thanks again to Keds and Glamour Magazine for a wonderful weekend in NYC!
