Anna Dello Russo for H&M – How I Styled It…

This look was inspired by one of my fashion icons, Anna Dello Russo. Editor-at-large for Vogue Japan, the fashion fanatic doesn’t need an introduction. Featuring items from her latest collection, I was inspired by her fearless over-the-top (OTT) styling and her confident posing. Anna always has time to take a picture for a blogger or fan, and she devotes 100 per cent of herself to the art of fashion, something I totally admire! Here’s my take on Anna’s style…

I’m wearing a black sheer H&M dress, gold Guess heels, and accessories from the Anna Dello Russo at H&M collection.

I fell in love with these alligator sunglasses, $69.95, the moment collection photos were released. I’m a big fan of statement accessories, and sunglasses can be overlooked. While it’s easy to wear a pair of classic Ray-Bans, I love having fun with my sunnies (my Prada Minimal Baroque sunglasses are proving to be the best investment of my life), and these gator glasses are my new fave. I also love this turquoise snake choker, $69.95. I love the way chockers add interest to your collar-bone and accentuate a long neck.

The suitcase I’m carrying is definitely going to be the most coveted piece of luggage this season. The turquoise, accented by a gold filligree is glam and perfect for jet-setting to Milan.

These cuffs are the pinnacle of the collection for me. They are very wearable and are the perfect statement piece. I love the turquoise cuff, $59.95 and the gold snake bracelet, $39.95.

What Would Anna Do (WWAD)? The answer is simple; hang off the birdcage! While her collection was focused on reptilia and gold accents, she was also inspired by birds and created a stunning fascinator I had to stop myself from buying. I’m keeping my eye on it if it goes on sale, my bets are that it’s not for the faint of heart. But like Anna, I enjoy taking fashion risks!

Now, if only I had a private jet to catch!
