Chambray Shirt Outfit

A chambray shirt outfit is a classic year-round. Today, I’ve partnered with Louisa from La Passion Voûtée to share how to wear a chambray shirt with white jeans! While I love the Canadian tuxedo, it can be a lot of look, so breaking up a denim shirt with white denim is the way to go! Bonus: it’s super comfortable and versatile.

For a day at the Toronto Zoo, I wore a chambray shirt from Old Navy, white Rockstar jeans also from Old Navy (they are stain repellent!), sunglasses c/o Polette (similar sunglasses from Dior here), a Kate Spade Maise bag and slip on leopard sneakers from H&M.

I love how this chambray shirt outfit features a feminine scalloped hem on the shirt. It makes it super easy to half tuck into jeans, and looks cute out and loose as well. My slip on sneakers are super comfortable too and add some personality into the chambray shirt outfit.

I love how even though the base of our outfits are similar – chambray shirt and white denim, both of our interpretations are unique. I kept it light and feminine with pastels and girly accessories, while Louisa injected some rocker edge with contrasting black pieces. If you’re traveling, a chambray shirt outfit is a great option to pack because it’s so versatile. I could also make this look appropriate for date night with a pair of strappy sandals or pumps!
