Joe Fresh is always one of my favourite collections to see at fashion week, because it’ll most likely end up in my own wardrobe. Today, Joe Mimran sent his models down the runway in fun looks that all make a statement. Inspired by the sixties, graphic prints, metallic finishes and sheer chiffon pieces comprised the collection.
This model opened the show and dazzled the audience with her fierce attitude and poses on the catwalk.
The harlequin print is graphic and so on-trend for Spring 2013.
I fell in love with these collared blouses. I loved the Elizabethan reference. The collars reminded me of Poirot harlequin dolls! I would love to pair the top with a pencil skirt and dramatic hat.
This jacket is so fun… couldn’t picture it on my guy though. I’d think it’s mining equipment or something…
And you can even match your date with this skirt! I took this picture because I love the cutout doily detail on the blouse.
My favourite piece of the collection! I hope this metallic medallion stunner makes it into Loblaws stores come springtime!
… and these jeans wouldn’t hurt either!
