Daisy Print, Bunnies and Backpacks

Early this week, we got a little taste of spring, and I was excited to bring out floral prints, light wash denim and pastels. This look features my favourite print of the season: daisies, and an adorable pastel purple backpack.

I’m wearing a daisy print knit sweater c/o Chicwish, a white blouse for layering, Victoria Beckham light wash skinny jeans, teal wedge booties from Amsterdam, a perforated faux leather backpack c/o Chicwish, my Fossil Georgia watch, a jewelled bracelet c/o Persunmall and an adorable bunny iPhone case c/o Persunmall.

I love the daisy print on this sweater, especially in the light purple version. I find that it pairs well with either jeans or a skater skirt and the colours are fresh for spring. This sweater is very lightweight so I layered it over a sheer white blouse. The sweater does stretch out along the elbows, and it has a cropped length, so on my tall frame, I found it necessary for the layer underneath. I’d also wear it over a slip dress for a bohemian look.

My backpack is also another cute piece c/o Chicwish. The colour is girly and bright, and it is very roomy inside. The perforated and tassle details also add a nice touch to this bag. My matching nails in an Avon Gel shade are an added bonus too!

Since I was dressed in easter colours, I decided to accessorize with my adorable bunny iPhone case. The case is big and bulky, but the real whiskers and cotton tail on this case make it whimsical. I also love the ornate jewels and design of this bracelet I’m wearing, especially when I pair it with my favourite rosegold watch of the moment from Fossil.

As I write this, a complete white out and drifting snow is obstructing my view outside my window, and I can’t believe I wore this spring outfit only a couple days ago! Until spring comes back again, I’ll be stocking up on more spring trends, from pastel hued accessories to more daisy print!
