Autumn is a beautiful season where many changes occur. The leaves change colours and fall off the trees, and girls go from wearing sundresses to cable-knit sweaters. There’s something magical about the season, from the smells of the leaves to pumpkin spice lattes, and the anticipation before Christmas. I tried to capture my love for this time of year with a look that is bright and whimsical.
My blush coloured dress is from H&M, my shoes, tights and sequined bolero are from Forever 21. Pink is categorized as a spring colour, but I think I’ve found a way to make it look like a “winter pink”. Add a fur coat and booties, and it’s good to go!
My accessories are an important part of the look. I found this gorgeous bracelet from Forever 21 for a steal. I love its 3D shape, and the contrast between the enamel petals and the rhinestones. Not bad for a $10 piece!? My purse is one of my favourites from my collection, and is a vintage quilted crossbody bag from the 80s.
My hair was done up in massive ringlets to match the whimsical look.
This bolero features beautiful beadwork, and I love that it has both a glam and boho vibe.
Most of all, this outfit and the warm weather in Fall in Toronto this year makes me so happy… enough to survive through the winter months.
