Red white and blue + Pandora Summer collection 2015

Happy 4th of July to all my readers from the United States. I love that both Canada Day and Independence Day fall on the same weekend, so we can all enjoy a mini-vacation at the start of July. To celebrate, I wore red, white and blue and accessorized with pieces from the new Pandora Summer collection 2015! With tropical and nature motifs, the Pandora summer collection 2015 compliments my casual top and jeans combo perfectly!

Off-the-shoulder tops are a huge trend for summer, and I pulled this vintage cotton top I bought in Mexico years ago from the back of my closet. I’m a total pack rat, so of course, everything I own comes back in style eventually (maybe even waterfall hem skirts!) My red and blue jeans are so comfortable, so I kept the casual vibe going with simple Keds sneakers that matched my straw fedora.

My Alexander Wang Prisma backpack is my latest addition, and I’m obsessed. It can fit all my essentials plus my camera and I love how it works for this casual outfit or how it can be dressy if held like a purse too. I’ll be posting an unboxing video & review on my YouTube channel shortly!

The Distillery District is a great place to visit year round. From the Christmas Market in December to relaxing on a patio at El Catrin or Mill Street, there’s also some of the best chocolate and ice cream in town. Last night, we opted for tacos at El Catrin, which were delicious but small. I would definitely recommend going with a big group for appetizers (tacos) and enjoy their massive margaritas! After, we grabbed some Greg’s Ice cream to satisfy our sweet tooth.

I love how the pieces from the Pandora summer collection 2015 are both casual and dressy. The bright blue leather bracelet can be layered with other pieces for a boho look, or worn on its own. The orchid flower charm is absolutely stunning! I love orchid flowers, so this piece is a must have for me. Lastly, the Pandora tropical palm necklace is a simple piece that adds some interest to a summery look. I love the long chain, which can also be adjusted or doubled up around your neck.
