This spring, I can’t wait to mix prints, colours and fabrics. A huge trend this season are fringed jackets and I couldn’t wait to wear this one in faux suede from Hudson’s Bay’s Design Lab.
I’m wearing a faux suede fringe jacket and orange printed jumpsuit c/o Hudson’s Bay’s Design Lab. I wore my vintage Dooney & Bourke bag (modern version here) and Calvin Klein heels also from Hudson’s Bay.
A lot of designers and retailers are looking to the 1970s for boho style inspiration. Fringe is on everything from jackets to bags to sandals. I love the movement of this jacket and how the neutral colour goes with everything. A jumpsuit is an easy style that can be worn under a jacket for a night out, or without for a day by the beach. I adore the orange and turquoise colours of this jumpsuit, as well as the sexy v-neckline. The string belt cinches in the look, but I think it would also look great with a vintage leather belt with a big silver buckle for a bit of a boho western touch.
This season’s it-bag is without a doubt, the bucket bag. My vintage Dooney & Bourke bucket bag is rigid and suede lined, which are great features to look for. I love its structure that it has buttons at the bottom so I can lay it down on the floor during class.
It’s a little bit too chilly to wear this outfit with sandals, but a pair of sleek pumps add height to offset the voluminous wide-legged jumpsuit. Design Lab is exclusive to Hudson’s Bay and I love all the bold and bohemian styles they’ve introduced this season.
Love this jumpsuit! Very cute! Stopping by from the Trend Spin Linkup!
