Peter Pilotto for Target – How I styled it

After shopping the Peter Pilotto for Target collection, I was so excited to style it. While most of the pieces had floral motifs, many people wonder how to wear florals in winter. I wore this sleeveless yellow dress from the collection on the day I got it out to lunch. Paired with a simple black coat, opaque tights and thigh-high boots, the floral dress can even be worn in the slushy winter.

My dress is Peter Pilotto for Target, my coat was c/o Nowistyle, my boots are Zara and I’m carrying my Rebecca Minkoff mini MAC.

I love the whimsical colourful print on this Peter Pilotto dress, which blends both florals with graphic stripes – which are my all-time favourite prints. I decided to keep my coat and accessories in a simple black to let the dress be the focal point of the outfit and not compete. I love that this dress can be worn as a formally, like how I’m wearing it, but I also can’t wait to wear it with bare legs and nude leather sandals come summertime.
