This look revolves around my Amliya owl bag, so it’s only fitting I shot in the birdcage again!
My chiffon skirt is from Bedo, my blouse is a vintage pick stolen from my grandmother’s closet and my purse if from West Wind, a little gift shop in Bancroft Ont. near my cottage.
I love the way this bag compliments many neutral hues, it is the cutest bag to transition into the fall season. I fell in love with it after seeing it on Mayo, and almost bought it on eBay. Thankfully I avoided an inevitable shipping and duty by finding it at a local retailer.
I also adore these shoes, from Forever XXI, if only they were comfy to wear! The floral print is elegant and reminds me of an English rose print you’d find at a quaint B&B… and I say this in a good way! I love floral prints, they are a true classic and add a feminine touch to your look.
Once again, I had fun shooting in the birdcage, but this time with a “real” bird. One other feature of this bag is that the straps can be converted into a backpack! I couldn’t imagine a cuter outfit for the first day of school…
Even though September 6 is more than a month away, this wise owl is catching up on summer reading.
Please hype this look on Lookbook.nu!
